We will send you the address and directions just prior to check-in. Be sure to fill out the registration form well in advance to avoid delays.
Lock Info:
The lock for the door is an Electronic Keypad Deadbolt Lock. You can enter the code in the keypad to unlock the door. For locking up, use the key to engage the deadbolt to lock the door. Check that it locks behind you.

Parking:
The unit comes with 2 carport parking spaces directly in front of the patio. Ordinary passenger cars may be parked. There is no parking for longer vehicles, though you may find some street parking outside the complex. Park in the spaces labeled 1026 at the complex.
Check-Out Procedure:
Our cleaning fee is based on a “courteous guest,” thus if this procedure is followed we will not need to charge anything extra:
- All dishes you used should be washed and cleaned. Please note that pots and pans should be washed by hand, not in the dishwasher.
- Place all your trash in the garbage cans in the home. If it does not fit then please take out extra to the dumpsters.
- If you have time please start a load of towels in the washer. The cleaning staff will come and finish up the rest. There is no need for you to strip the beds. Place all dirty towels in the laundry room.
- Close and lock all doors and windows.
- Inform us if anything in the cabin needs attention or if the cleaning staff should be aware of anything before coming over.
Items we provide:
Towels, linens, bedding, toilet paper, soap, shampoo. We have a coffee maker, toaster, instapot cooker, blender, microwave oven and full size fridge/freezer in kitchen for you to prepare food and drinks with. Feel free to consume whatever is in the pantry or fridge. We may not have coffee on hand, so please plan to bring what you like.
Trash:
The community has common area dumpsters located in the parking area. Feel free to place your ordinary trash in the dumpsters. We do not have separate recycling, so all trash can be placed in the dumpsters. Before your final check-out if you have time we would appreciate if you can take your trash to the dumpster, just in case the cleaners don’t make it over right away. Please remove all the perishable items from the fridge. Pantry items or new drinks may stay for use by next guests.
Laundry:
There are a washer and dryer inside the home. We permit washing of 2 loads per day. We provide a few pods of detergent complimentary.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
